		<description>Thank could work, but i wonder how computer literate user should be. I don;t mean to be sour about it, but time and time again, I hear of great easy things to do to enhance F2F or online courses. To my surprise, or not, users in avearge have yet to learn what an attachement is. Technology should be out of the way and can happen only when users are coputer literate. Get that technology out of the way and make reliable, mechanical and tediously reliable, and that may work. On the other hand, I have seen unskillful users deal with unsatble LMSs and yet manage to participate quite a lot in forums, debates, and other.</description>
