with “advanced acces­si­bil­ity fea­tures”– see bot­tom of page 2 here. inter­est­ing stuff on canada’s acces­si­bil­ity requirements.

    PDFs are for print­ing not brows­ing or read­ing.
    PDF were orig­i­nally desinged to be a device and plat­form inde­pen­dent way of print­ing doc­u­ments. Adobe added then decided PDFs should be web browsers or pages, and it all went down­hill from there.
